I'm a big believer that the start of your day is influenced by the end of your previous day. You can leverage your willpower by cleaning up your desk and organizing it before leaving work in the evening. When you come back the next morning, your willpower will be engaged from the get go! It just take 1-2 minutes to tidy up your desk and start tomorrow with a new energy to create a life that you love!
