This is how you can stop your BS to take over your life!

1. Be fully present. Studies show that most people are only present 47% of the time. Change your BS by changing how present you are challenging the things keeping you in mediocrity.

2. Practice self efficacy. Keep the promises you make to yourself in your routine or doing the things you love.

3. Shift from expectation to intention. Every time you commit to something, your BS tells you that you can't go through with it. But switching to intention supports you in seeing through what you set your mind on every time!
