By enrolling in DIEM: The Practices of Every Day Course (hereafter referred to as "the Course"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the participant, and Dr. James Rouse/Be Alive & Well, LLC (the "Company"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
DIEM: The Practices of Every Day Course is your gateway to mastering the art of mindful, purpose-driven living. This immersive journey blends science, spirituality, and actionable habits to help you create a life brimming with energy, clarity, and joy. The Course includes online materials, downloadable resources, and curated lessons designed to foster personal transformation.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. By enrolling in the Course, you affirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Payment Terms
Program fees for the Course are subject to change. Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified during the registration process. By providing your payment information, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of the Course. All payments made are final and non-refundable, except as outlined under the "Refund Policy."
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate and direct access provided to Course materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to access or complete the Course, dissatisfaction with the content, or technical issues not directly related to the Course platform. Access to Course Materials
Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course's materials. All content, including but not limited to videos, lessons, workbooks, and supplementary resources, remains the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright law.
The Course is designed for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, course materials, or any part of the Course with anyone who has not officially registered is strictly prohibited. This ensures fairness to all participants who have made a personal commitment to the Course and helps maintain the integrity of the program. Violations of this policy may result in the immediate revocation of access to the Course without a refund. We ask that you honor this agreement to respect the community and the effort that has gone into creating this transformative experience.

Technology Requirements
Participants must have access to a reliable internet connection, compatible devices, and basic software to access the Course materials. The Company is not responsible for participant-specific technical issues.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association.
